Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your item was last delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item has not been shipped
And you would like to cancel your order, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your refund as soon as we can. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if your item has already been shipped out.
If your item was delivered, but faulty
For us to process your refund, please email us with a picture of the item so we can see where it was faulty in order for us to improve your overall shopping experience. Depending on the evidence (picture), we will either approve or deny your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in 3-4 business days please check your bank account again, there is some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
